PLANT HIRE
All Hallorans equipment may be wet hired either as a collective package to complete a task/project using Hallorans Supervisors, Managers and Technical Staff, or an individual pieces of equipment that would be under direction of the Client.
Details
All of Hallorans equipment is well maintained, as per manufacturer requirements, and Hallorans has access to additional equipment should it be needed. Hallorans operators provided are experienced and attuned to the safety requirements needed to operate the equipment, including operating under the equipment work method statements and within the limits the machine.

HEAVY AND BULK HAULAGE
Hallorans has in its fleet prime movers, side tippers and low loader trailers to assist Clients with transporting and hauling.
Details
We can transport and deliver bulk products such as (but not limited to) quarry, ore rock, demolition items and cattle feed. We can also transport civil equipment and plant. Our staff also are operators and able to assist with loading and unloading the transports, providing an all rounded service option where permitted.
Compliance
Hallorans truck and haulage staff are familiar with the complexities and compliances required for trucking and haulage including permitting and/or route selection due to loading restrictions / safety. Hallorans understands ensuring loads are secured, transported correctly and reliable on timeframe is critical for projects. Hallorans meets its ‘Chain of Responsibility’ requirements through DTMR and NHVR for ourselves and our clients, through good planning.
CIVIL, RAIL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS & ENGINEERING
Hallorans project development driven by Anthony Halloran starts with risk assessments and good planning working with our client and their designers to understand the drivers and the intent behind the delivery.

Project Requirements
The project requirements are embedded into our systems, processes and management plans for the works. This includes breaking down and developing methodologies that achieve the engineering technical specifications and drawings, and constructability reviews.
Compliance
Hallorans notes that several of the services offered require strict compliancy with quality requirements developed in their specifications to ensure design intent is met. Hallorans has on staff an RPEQ Senior (Civil and Geotechnical), who is part of Halloran’s internal quality and delivery review overseeing our commitment on Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) are met, as the works are undertaken. This derisks the projects for Hallorans and our Clients. These engineering services are also available separately to assist Clients interfaces with other Contractors.

Mining, Marine, Ports and Agricultural are complex sectors that can present challenges for Contractors, especially in regards to constructability, quality, environmental approvals and safety compliances.

Marine + Waterways
Over the past 10 years Environmental approvals and trigger levels for marine and waterway works have become more rigorous and complex. Hallorans has on staff technical members who are familiar with navigating these strict approval conditions (including dredging) and able to work with our construction team to embed the conditions into our methodologies. We offer the following services:

- Rock wall construction including:
- Founding the rock walls adequately to ensure the walls remain stable and limit settlement.
- Ensuring armour rock is locked together through careful placement so the wall performs as the design intended.
- Placement of sediment barrier layers (eg. Geofabric) to ensure no gaps / holes and the barrier holds fines as reclamations are built.
- Ensuring survey tolerances are achieved for wall geometry and to the wall is within tidal work.
